A team of professionals works together to manage symptoms so that a person's last days may be spent with dignity and surrounded by loved ones.

· Symptom Control: Managing pain, nausea, shortness of breath, and other distressing symptoms.
· Medical Equipment and Supplies: Providing necessary equipment like hospital beds, wheelchairs, and medical supplies related to the patient’s terminal illness.
· Counseling: Offering psychological support through counseling for both patients and their families.
· Spiritual Care: Providing spiritual support and resources according to the patient's beliefs and preferences.
